I have the elements bundle. I use the pop up notification on the main page of the site and set the timeout to 5 seconds. This is also affecting the testimonials. On the url shown the testimonials also dissapear after 5 seconds.
Please adviseMany thanksPatrick
thank you again for purchasing our Element Bundle Add-on - much appreciated!
We're sorry to hear of the conflict between the notification and reviews elements. Our lead developer will look at this tomorrow during support hours - thank you for your patience! In the interim, can you provide the system information found in Avada > System Info tab for us to reference, if needed?

you're welcome and thank you for providing the System Status report as a word document! We will update this ticket once our lead developer has reviewed it tomorrow.
I tested adding both the Reviews and Notification elements to a page and triggering the notification to hide after 5 seconds, and it worked in the test case. So I'll need a bit more info to reproduce the issue - please provide either the exact settings used on the notification element (anything you customized from default), or:

thank you for the reply and added information! We wanted to confirm receipt of it; Derek will follow-up after more testing today - thank you for your continued patience!
thank you for the reply and xml template! We will follow-up when we have more information.
It clashes with the JQuery Updater plugin
thank you for forwarding that information! We will have a look, and keep you updated. In the interim, can you confirm if it is this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jquery-updater/ ?
Yes that is the one :)
thank you for the quick confirmation! We will update you when we have more information - thank you for your patience!
Does it work for you to remove that plugin, or do you need it for another part of the website?
I can manage for the time being without that plugin. On a seperate note. Reviews flip through too quickly. Is there any way we can time a review for n seconds depending on the amount of text in each review. Thus giving poeple time to read through them.
great to hear, thank you! In answer to your question, we can look into adding a setting to set the amount of time between each review - would that help?
That would help greatly maybe as a standard feature. Otherwise no one will be able to read the reviews :)
sorry for the delayed follow-up! It should have been clear initially when you mentioned "seconds", so apologies for any confusion. Our add-on element only uses a block format when adding multiple reviews - can you confirm if it is our element or the built-in Avada testimonials element being used with the carousel?
Yes it is your version of Reviews and Testimonials. It is the only one activated within fusions settings. The other one labelled "Testimonials" is deactivated.
I go to a post or page and select Add element and then select Reviews & Testimonials.
However there is no differentce between the two as they both have the same functionality and you can add multiple reviews in one review element.
I stand corrected.
It seems it defaulted to "Testimonials" which is Avada's own version
thank you for the reply and follow-up! Please let us know if we can be of any other assistance.
